Mary Randel currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Retirement Services at Old Second National Bank. She has over 20 years of employee benefits administration experience and is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service to bank clients utilizing the Bank’s retirement plan product options. She possesses exceptional working knowledge of the Qualified Plan market. She also has experience with non-qualified deferred compensation plans, stock purchase option plans, and 403(b) plans for the non-profit sector. Mary’s specialties include Retirement Services, Multiple Employer Plans, Profit Sharing Plans, and Pension Consulting. Mary is a SPARK Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC).
